B7 BARLOW Advertising Leco Materials Nowater, Oklahoma 1975
This great lighter is in good condition. It is a Barlow Lighter and says Windproof on the bottom. It also says Design B7 Japan I believe. The color on the front is good.
I have included many pictures as when I try to light it, the wheel spins freely. I suspect there is something missing but am not sure.
