This is a Mosser Jennifer Miniatures Pink Small Fruit or Dessert Bowl in pink.  Mosser Glass’s “Jennifer” miniatures are small-scale reproductions of the Hocking Glass Company’s popular Cameo (or “Dancing Girl”) depression-era glassware pattern, created by Mosser in Cambridge, Ohio, starting in the early 1980s. These sets were made in various colors, including pink, yellow, and green.  This piece is 3″ with the handles and 1 1/2″ tall.

History

• Original Hocking Glass Cameo: The original full-sized “Cameo” pattern was produced by the Hocking Glass Company between 1930 and 1934.

• Mosser’s “Jennifer” line: In the early 1980s, Mosser Glass began producing miniature versions of this pattern for the first time, naming them the “Jennifer” line.

• Purpose: These were sold as miniature toy dish sets and were popular due to their intricate detail and quality craftsmanship.

• Production: The “Jennifer” line was produced until 2012.
