We do not accept return/refunds at this time. If there is an item that you are interested in but would like a closer look, please let us know and we will gladly take additional pictures/videos of any items you would like a closer look at.
We work hard at accurately describing and photographing all of our items, but understand that there may be additional questions on any item.
We do ship all of our items except furniture. While we do work hard to ensure that all of our items are shipped in a safe manner, we also recommend insurance on all shipped items.
We will ship using the method you prefer, were possible.
