Hazel Atlas

Hazel-Atlas Glass was a major American glass manufacturer (1902-1957) known for producing a wide array of products, including inexpensive Depression-era glassware, wide-mouth canning jars, promotional items, and later, items with fired-on decorations and unique designs like polka dots and elephants. The company was a leader in automatic glassmaking technology and became the largest tableware company in the US during the 1930s and 50s. Key collectibles include their patterned tableware, mixing bowls, and Platonite (an opaque glass).
