Textile and Linens

Textiles are any fiber-based material produced by weaving, knitting, braiding, knotting, or felting fibers together into a flexible structure, including yarn, threads, and fabrics used for clothing, towels, and upholstery. Linens specifically refer to fabrics made from the durable, natural fibers of the flax plant. While “textile” is a broad category for all such materials, “linen” is a specific type of textile known for its strength, coolness, and absorbency.
