24% Lead Cut Crystal Bell Made In West Germany – Paper Label – House of Goebel?

This is an 24% Lead Cut Crystal Bell Made In West Germany.  It is appr. 8 1/4″ tall and is in perfect condition.  The label is still on it and the ringer is made of glass also.  The sound is clear.  The label says:  Genuine Lead Crystal Made in Western Germany.  It is the same type of label that House of Goebel but is not marked that.
