Vintage Fairbury Pipe and Supply Co. Advertising piece

Description

This is a vintage Advertising piece for the Fairbury Pipe and Supply Co..  It is a black glass dish that is 7″ x 4″.  On it is a two color advertising that says:  Fairbury Pipe and Supply Co., Wholesale distributors,, P.O. Box 419, Fairbury, Nebraska.  Then there is a outline of three and what I assume is the Fairbury Pipe and Supple Co. building in McCook.  At the bottom it says:  Branch Sales and Warehouses at Grand Island and McCook, Nebraska.  Wholesale Distributors of Plumbing and Water Equipment.

At first, I thought this might be an ashtray but there isn’t the depression where the cigarettes would sit.  Perhaps a dish to set on your desk for paper clips?
