This is a Young Living Essential Oil Diffuser. It is complete. It was advertised to be used in the holidays to spell like Christmas. I have friends who have them hanging in their bedrooms with thieves oil in them to try to combat illnesses. No matter what you want to smell you add the oil to the well in the diffuser and put the wood sticks in. They do work well.
