Authentic Civil USAF Auxiliary Air Patrol Patch – Post WWII.  I am basing that it is  shortly after WWII as it was from a family member.

This one has white lettering and according to http://incountry.us/cappatches/Cloth/B-C-H-S/B-C-H-S.html#Breast, that means:

Senior Member white lettering – Sept 1954 to Dec 1966

I am also listing a second one with grey lettering.
