Uranium Octagon Serving Dish with etching and gold trim – 12″ x 3″

This is definitely a statement piece.  It is 12′ across and 3″ deep.  It has etching on the outside 2″ and gold on both sides of the etching. NOTE…some of the gilding has been worn off but the majority of it is there. It does glow green under a black light but I do not have a blacklight big enough to illuminate it yet.  I will update this when I get it as it is on order!.

I had a lady ask what I would use it for as they say not to use uranium glass for food.  I can easily see this as a centerpiece that could have different flower or foliage displays as seasons change.
